Wegliki Spiekane "BAILDONIT" Sp. z o.o. was established in 1996 as a result of transformation in the former Huta Baildon SA Katowice. The shareholders of the new company were: Huta Baildon SA and The Import – Export Company Kopex SA. The base of a new business entity were vast experience, knowledge, skills and tradition in the production of sintered carbides dating back as far as 1936 and competences global provider of comprehensive solutions for the mining industry.
Between 2013 and 2016 new investors bought company shares. The majority shares has been bought by private, Polish, strategist investor of the mining tools sector, who bought shares of Huta Baildon SA in 2013. A new private Polish investor of mining services industry, has acquired shares of KOPEX SA in 2016.
Over 80-year-long experience guarantees the highest quality of our products developed under the BAILDONIT brand. BAILDONIT is synonym the highest quality products which meet technical requirements of users in Poland and abroad.
